Our Dry Riesling is very concentrated overflowing with aromas of pineapple, dried apricot, pear and a light touch of lemon zest. 

This wine is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Viognier. The wine begins with elegant aromas of honey with a palate of poached pear and granny smith apple.

A stainless steel fermented Chardonnay. The wine possesses a medley of orange blossom, lemon curd, apples, mango and honey on the nose with a rich, smooth texture and a persistent finish. 

The aroma of this wine is reminiscent of a bouquet of jasmine, honeysuckle and lime blossoms. The mid-palate is a deluge of succulent white fig carried along by the natural acidity of this special white wine. 

 This wine is a blend of 98% Sauvignon Blanc, 1% Chardonnay and 1% Viognier. It was aged in Stainless Steel to preserve the alluring bouquet and rich aromas of lemongrass, lime and pink grapefruit. On the palate, it is flavorful and vibrant with layers of mandarin orange, lemon zest, guava and candied pineapple.

Merlot expresses notes of ripe bing cherry, violet, tobacco, bay leaf, mocha, dark chocolate, earthiness and rich baking spices. This red wine is dry, medium-bodied, with medium acidity and characteristically soft tannins.

This multidimensional wine provides a rich red opulent color and the nose emits aromas of dark cherry, cranberry, chocolate, tar and rich ripe oak moving to lush cherries and black currants on the mid-palate with a supple lingering finish. 

The wine presents a nice array of herb and spice aromas, floral notes and dark fruit. The taste provides a collection of black cherry, blackberry and dark fruit flavors combined with a nice balance of brown sugar, molasses, soft pepper and tobacco. 

This exquisite wine exhibits a deep and rich expression of fruit balanced with French oak aging. The wine is well structured with a spicy and earthy power balanced with leather and beautifully ripe fruit.

Our Grand Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon provides great depth of fruit from start with a beautiful depth of character which transitions to rich ripe flavors of black cherry, plums, blackberries mushrooms and subtle oak. 

Carménère is a noble old world variety. This delightfully rich, complex and medium bodied wine has notes of ripe blackberries and cassis along with hints of figs, leather, spice and subtle tobacco with a lingering finish and layers of flavor. 

 Our Ameritage is a proprietary blend of premium Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Carménère, Merlot and Malbec. This delightfully rich, medium-body wine provides flavors of ripe blackberries and subtle hints of cedar, vanilla, leather, spice and tobacco with earthy aromas of smoke and dark chocolate.
